Shipping + Handling

We will always endeavour to ship your order as fast as possible, usually within four days of receiving the order. However this will change during peak busy periods (eg. sale and Christmas) 

We use DPD for our domestic shipping within the UK

INTERNATIONAL

For international orders we ship with DHL. We use a trackable, insured service. As with domestic orders, we aim to ship your order within four days. IMPORT TAXES / DUTY PAYMENTS

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the UK are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes upon delivery. These are not included in our cost of shipping. Custom fees, duties and taxes vary from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Unfortunately we have no control over the amounts and will not be held liable. Refused deliveries and returns due to unpaid duties will not be refundable.
